Wes, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Wes, a Chicago native, founded precise personnel in 2012 based on his many years of experience, his love of people and his belief in excellence. He worked for a boutique luxury condominium in the south loop for many years. Over time, he assumed increasing responsibility for management of the team and the 24-hour valet and doorman services they provided. The respect and trust earned in this role led to the building becoming the first client of the company. Precise personnel has expanded and now provides licenses and customized valet parking for public and private events, entertainment venues and doorman services with Valet through out Chicago.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, my struggles as the owner, was finding reliable employees like myself. Finding employees that I can trust and represent the company with dignity.

Precise Personnel Solutions is a classy valet company. We treat our customers with the upmost respect and our customer service is spectacular. I’m very proud that Precise Personnel Solutions was able to have a amazing and reliable crew since 2012 and also able to Secure a location for 6 years. What sets Precise apart from other valet companies: we have a different approach than other companies. Precise is very stylish with our uniforms and we are very strict on our customer service.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My future plans as a business owner is to expand the company all over the Chicagoland.
