Today we’d like to introduce you to Vincent Valenti.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Vincent. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Valenti Construction is a family owned and operated company, that was founded by my grandpa John Valenti more than 30 years ago. My dad Greg eventually took over the business and now with me at the helm, it continues to be a family run business that specializes in building quality, custom homes in Northwest Indiana. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our work. Being that we are a family-centric company, it’s only natural that our clients become like family throughout the process of working together. I am a graduate of the Kelly Business School at Indiana University. Since I graduated college, I joined the family business and have been working full-time for the company since 2005.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No business owner can honestly say it’s always been smooth sailing. There’s bound to be hiccups, growing pains, things inside and outside of your control.
