Today we’d like to introduce you to Vincent Gendusa.
Vincent, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We started with a pick-up truck working out of the basement of our house with a vision to become a sought after contractor. We have now grown to a company with a full office staff in a 40,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting of as young business owner always has bumps in the road. I was in my early 20’s when we started at that age clients believed that they could take advantage of my inexperience, could not handle the task, capital to run a business. This list can go on and on!
Please tell us about Platinum Touch Industries.
We are a General Contractor and a Disaster Mitigation company that self performs most of the trades. We are known for efficacy and quality. We are proud that we have built a well know company that people can trust and our reputation is well known in the communities . What sets aside is our hands on knowledge we have been around for 16 years and have built a foundation of great employees/strategic partners to accomplish any task with great craftsmanship and efficiency!
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Currently we strive ourselves on quality not quantity. When we first started I believed that quantity was the most important the more work the better. Over the years I realized that Quality is the most important aspect of the project. And today that is the main focus to make sure the client loves the product that we produce.
