I love the fabulous hair. I also love making women feel special. So, one day, 18 years ago, I decided to bring those passions together and become a hair colorist!
I started my career on the East Coast and perfected my craft at some of the most renowned salons in Chicago. I truly enjoyed the sense of community in hair salons, but three years ago, I decided to listen to what my clients were asking for-undivided, personalized attention tailored just for them. That’s how Be Fabulous was born.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Every road has its ups and downs, but if you truly love what you do – no obstacle is too big.
If I had to pick one thing – it would be that people are still getting used to the idea of going to two different people/places for cut and color. I choose to specialize in color and continuously train and learn new techniques.
I want to provide my clients with the absolute best and choose not to dilute the skill.
Be Fabulous is a boutique salon, and competing with big names is not easy BUT my reputation and word of mouth are helping put us on the map.

Be Fabulous Co; or & Blow Dry Boutique is exactly as the name implies. A hidden gem in West Loop where you get Fabulous hair through a customized experience in an intimate atmosphere.
I choose to specialize in color and continuously train and learn new techniques.
I want to provide my clients with the absolute best and choose not to dilute the skill.
It doesn’t hurt that we offer extremely flexible hours and style on the fly (where we come to you).
At a risk of sounding boastful, I’ve been told that the passion and energy I bring to the table (in addition to superb service) has clients coming back for more.
