Meet Trailblazer Françoise Salmon

Today we’d like to introduce you to Françoise Salmon.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am 49 years old and my son is going 20! I work in an edition for 20 years (information brochures) but my passion is fashion! I have thus created a blog “All I Need Is Dream” in 2011, where I present trends and give some advice as I have also studied “relooking”.

My personal outfits are presented on Instagram (@Franou0109). My son is older and looking myself for a new challenge, I am now searching for THE big idea to conciliate fashion/relooking and helping people to feel better and confident but in a different way that ordinary proposed

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Working in fashion (when it was not your education’s choice) is not easy and my age and family situation does not help to reach my dream.

A full-time work, a husband frequently absent, being in charge of 2 children (his and mine) and a big house… all this left just a few time to try to improve a parallel activity!

But, I have now decided to do all my best to achieve my goal as I think it’s important to dare!

We’d love to hear more about All I Need is Dream Blog.
I thus work in edition industry. We develop information brochures for hospitals, cities and so on!
It’s very interesting and complete as I must manage with subcontractors, commercials, sponsors, advertisers, graphists.

On my weekend, I accompany some people in shopping to advise them or I do a dressing detox to have a new start in their style… and that’s what I really love! helping people to feel self-confident, beautiful and to find their style!

It’s so grateful when you leave a happy person after 2 hours shopping or a refreshed dressing!

Do you feel like there was something about the experiences you had growing up that played an outsized role in setting you up for success later in life?
I am the last child of a big family, so I guess helping each other day by day gives me the love of caring for others.

And, as my mother was a very good dressmaker, she certainly gives me taste for fashion and style!
