Today we’d like to introduce you to Tom Molidor.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Tom. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my company right out of college when I bought a 2-flat with a friend and rehabbed it while still working downtown. After a year we sold it for a nice profit and the rest is history.
I’ve been building new custom homes along with doing major home renovations for over 25 years.
We’ve won numerous awards over the years including the Crystal Key Award for outstanding innovation in chemically free homes.
I love what I do and I have an incredible team behind me from architects to framers to painters to trimmers to everything involved with a smooth transition from start to finish.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest struggle is finding the right teammates. I never refer to my crews as subcontractors–they are my team because without them, my company is nothing.
I have found the right trades in all of the areas of construction. Most have been with me over 20 years and I truly value their input.
