The Fallico name has been in real estate since 1969. Al Fallico got into the business originally. Soon after, Craig Fallico, his son, joined him in the 1980’s. They later opened Fallico Real Estate together in Park Ridge. Today, Craig and his son Nick, who is a 3rd generation realtor, manage Team Fallico Real Estate out of Dream Town Realty in Edison Park, Chicago. They are the number 1 producing team out of Dream Town Northwest side office producing almost $30,000,000 in 2017 with almost 100 transactions.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Being in the real estate business since 1969, the Fallico’s have seen it all, both the good and the bad. However, their work ethic has been unmatched allowing them to repeat successful years even when the market was at its lowest.
