Meet Tara Rahe of ENDREA in Streeterville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tara Rahe.

Tara, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
ENDREA was created because of my passion to Enrich Dreams of others. I’ve always loved helping others from a very young age and that has only gotten stronger the older that I get.

For years I worked in Sales and Marketing for corporations in many industries helping businesses grow. My focus for years was helping make my bosses dreams come true.
Utilizing my love for psychology and how individuals think was a great help in growing my career within sales and marketing. There was always something to learn from paying attention to people and why they purchased the products I was marketing and selling. While working for others I quickly found myself getting bored and wanting to move onto the next project. This caused me to jump around to different industries so I could constantly learn something new. After fulfilling this need, to always have a new challenge, I decided to take the next step in my career. That next step was to start enriching my own dreams by helping business owners large and small.
Starting ENDREA is assisting my passion to help others build their dreams, personally grow myself, and never get bored again.

Has it been a smooth road?
If it was a smooth road, I don’t think it would be a success. There are always struggles and roadblocks in owning your own business. Growing a business from scratch you battle with financial struggles to grow the business while trying to survive to pay your own bills. You run into difficult decisions that could affect the brand perception of your business; such as supporting the wrong strategic partner or hiring the wrong fit for your company.

Going through these challenges taught me a lot and I hope to keep learning from the challenges that I will encounter in the future. A few things I learned were to be more cautious in who to trust and partner with, know what you know and what you don’t know, don’t try and do it all yourself, and so much more.
When you start and grow a business it shouldn’t be a smooth road. If it is than you aren’t pushing yourself and taking the business to the next level.
