Sean, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We Started Jan 2016, the idea has been in the works for over 10 years from my father in law Joe Perrino. His passion for health and fitness lead us to opening a health club in the Garfield Ridge area. The reason we chose Garfield Ridge is because it is a great family oriented neighborhood that embodied what we were looking for.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Overall it has been great! Challenges have been typical with opening a new business, but overall, we have a great staff and continue to grow in the right direction.
Please tell us about Vaunt Fitness.
Vaunt Fitness is a health club located in the heart of Garfield Ridge. We focus on helping our members reach their fitness goals with a combination of strength, cardio, and a variety of group classes such as CrossFit, Fat Burner, TRX, and other fun, engaging classes. What sets us apart is that we have a big gym feel with a neighborhood touch. We are proud of seeing our members grow in their fitness journey alongside their friends.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
We probably would have liked to open a little sooner, but we would keep it all the same.
