So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My partner and I decided to open our spa after 4 years of working together. We had each been in the nail care industry for 5 years. We wanted to create a place where customers would be able to come for nail services but also relax and not feel rushed through.
We felt in the industry there was a need to provide healthier nail care services. We provide nail services with sugar scrubs and essential oils. We recently introduced a healthier alternative for non-chip services. The product is free of the big 5 chemicals, vegan friendly and anti-cruelty.
We strive on educating our clients on maintaining healthy nails and skin. When we opened Nails Boutique we had an existing clientele that had been very supportive of us through the years.
This year marks our 3-year anniversary, and we are very thankful of all the customers we have made in the neighborhood and throughout this time. We continue to bring to them the latest and safest products in the industry.
Has it been a smooth road?
We believe where we have struggled the most is in hiring extra staff. Finding a nail technician that has great working ethics and feels passionate on joining our team and growing with us.

We specialize in natural nail care, we keep up with the latest trends and seasonal colors. When our customers come to Nails Boutique they are pampered with warm neck pillows and warm tea.
We are also a BYOB salon.
We want to keep our Spa free of strong odors that are hazardous to our guests and us therefore we use products that do not contain a lot of chemicals
Our pedicures are performed in Pedicure Basins that are easy to sterilize after each service. We take pride in providing our customers with quality products that will stay on their nails, giving them a lasting manicure/pedicure. We continue educating ourselves with the latest techniques in the industry.

What we like about our beautiful city is the diversity. In our spa, we have the opportunity of meeting wonderful people of all ethnicities.
