Meet Ryan D’Aprile of d’aprile properties

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan D’Aprile.

Ryan, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I view myself as your everyday real estate agent; my focus has primarily been home buyers and sellers. I built a very successful real estate practice, and fate just happened that a few agents asked me to help them. I began coaching and training, and those agents became top producers. I decided to stop selling real estate to focus on coaching others, and that is how we ended up where we are today.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The struggles and challenges continue today, and I foresee them as always being there. I think the key to life is your perspective, and that those struggles and challenges are actually your lesson plans. You have to embrace them and take them for what they are; which is a gift, not a reason to stop, quit or give up.

Please tell us about d’aprile properties.
What we’re known for in the real estate industry is our culture of knowledge sharing and strong community. We have a very positive environment that attracts like-minded people. Our growth has been completely organic – we do not employ recruiters, nor do our Managing Brokers call other agents. We focus on the agents we have. We support them, help them grow and achieve their goals, and because of that our growth has followed.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I can’t point to one specific childhood memory because there are thousands of them. One thing I do recall is my father looking at me and saying, “Ryan, I have this feeling that you’re going to be incredibly successful one day.’ I learned then the power of belief in someone. If you can give the gift of believing in someone it might be that thing that someone needs to move forward positively in their life.
