Today we’d like to introduce you to Randy Lynch.
Randy, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
While traveling through Asia during my 10 years as Regional Director at Korean Airlines, I received many requests from corporate clients about cultural insights, the best hotels, and travel tips. I finally left Korean Airlines to start TravNet, specializing in premium international airfare, with such unexpected demand for my knowledge of Asia. After adopting our daughter Zennia from China, we conceived Kipling & Clark, tapping into the global private luxury travel business. Since then, I have taken over 30 private tours with my wife and daughter.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It is somewhat ironic my chosen profession is luxury global private touring based on my small town, humble upbringing in Southern Illinois. Following my graduation from Illinois State University, I moved to Chicago and lived at the Pacific Garden Mission homeless shelter for three weeks! I was then hired by Korean Airlines, put countless hours of work in, and the rest is history.

Kipling & Clark is a global private touring company. We are best known for our personal, high-touch private tours with meticulous attention to detail. Unlike other luxury providers, we have explored nearly all properties and cultural tours we promote. We are most proud of the array of noteworthy, very discerning clients we have developed the past decade.
