Patrick, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Our company was formed when we realized that lots of window companies were doing mediocre work at extremely high prices, while also giving their customers a poor customer experience. Thus in 2014, Friendly Windows was formed with the customer being our #1 priority.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Our main struggle was marketing. However, now we have really learned a lot over the past few years. We now know where to put our advertising budget and when to add more.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Friendly Windows – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Friendly Windows specializes in window replacement. What really sets us apart from other companies is our prices and our extreme attention to detail and workmanship. We have our own installation crews so we are able to do really nice work for a competitive price.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We plan on expanding and working with many more manufacturers. Besides that, we plan on keeping our customers our number #1 priority.
