Thanks for sharing your story with us Pablo. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My father used to work for his uncle and decided to create his own company. He came from Mexico when he was 15 years old. The company has been helping to improve home owner’s houses for over 30 years. The same passion that my father had for entrepreneurship motivated me to attend college to gain additional skills to further expand the business. What I love most about business is creating ways to improve an employee skills and motivation.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
One of the biggest obstacle we are facing is to market our company online as there is many ways to accomplish this goal. We are slowly overcoming this challenge by studying new ways to marketing by social media and having a website online. Overtime, we have learned what works best or our company.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Alpha Painting and Home Remodeling – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Our company is a painting/construction business which specializes mainly in painting. We are mostly known for our painting and remodeling work. I am most proud of the high quality work and drive to have great customer satisfaction. What sets us apart from others is we don’t rush through the jobs and want the work to be durable for a long time because we value the customer time and trust in us.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plan for the future is to graduate with my associates in Business Management. I look forward to using what I learned to enhance the company’s performance by using technology like quick books or Microsoft Excel to make the payroll process easier. These programs will also allow me to know what services to market and the discounts to apply to them.
