Nicole, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My sisters and I started Blowout Junkie almost 3 years ago. We are not stylists but love the beauty industry. With are different career backgrounds we and our love for blowouts we decided to start Blowout Junkie. We are three sisters that get along very well with a single mom that always pushed us to do something great together.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We had some struggles along the way which helped us learn so much about starting your own brand. The struggles that we went through made us realize how passionate we were about bringing amazing blowouts to Chicago.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Blowout Junkie – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are a blow dry bar / trend bar. We make sure to give our clients an experience every time they come in for a visit. We are constantly and consistently training our team on the latest trends when it comes to styling hair.
Our blowouts are known to last a long time by the technique we use and luxury product we have in salon.
We set ourselves apart by staying on trend with styling hair and making every experience a personal one.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are looking forward to expanding and be able to bring the Blowout Junkie experience to more Chicago women.
