Nick, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Grew up in the family business working with my father, where I developed a passion for the restaurant industry. A big part of my success was being given the opportunity to work all positions in the business, Allowed me to better understand my employees and develop a relationship with them that I believe is the root to all success in this business.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Smooth but definitely some twists and turns which keeps things interesting always need to keep up with the times. technology, food trends, your audience tends to change even within same location neighborhoods get older or sometimes younger families move in,

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I am quite happy where I am today and where the future looks to be taking me and for that reason, I would not change a thing. Everything in life is a stepping stone to something greater.
