Meet Milos Bajic of West Loop Soccer Club

Today we’d like to introduce you to Milos Bajic.

After a successful professional career in Europe, Milos was fortunate enough to earn a full athletic scholarship at Judson University (Elgin, IL). While there, he played under the most successful coach in NAIA history, Mr. Steve Burke. He won numerous division titles and made it to the National Championship Tournament twice. Needless to say, this was the most rewarding time of his life and all these great experiences were possible thanks to the game that he loves so much. When Milos graduated from college, he transitioned from playing soccer to coaching youth soccer. Milos has been the professional youth soccer coach since 2006 and holds the UEFA C license.

Milos started West Loop Soccer Club in August 2015 with a goal to provide a superior and consistent youth soccer program for an affordable price. Ever since, the program has grown to nearly 150 active players and they believe that is due to a professional coaching staff, well planned curriculum, and a burning desire to help each child become a better soccer player. This spring, they are expanding and opening two new locations in West Town and Lincoln Park neighborhoods.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Getting fields in the city is always a major challenge.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about West Loop Soccer Club – what should we know?
We create intelligent soccer players who don’t fear to make mistakes. At our training sessions you can hear laughter and words of encouragement while kids are trying to mimic the moves of their soccer idols Messi and Ronaldo. Children of all ability levels are welcome to join this program and master soccer skills in a fun and family oriented environment.

The heart and soul of our organization is our coaching staff. We have handpicked the best of the best. All of our coaches are former professional and All-American collegiate players who hold some of the most prestigious licenses and awards both nationally and internationally.
