The Majestic office center was opened in 2012 to help small business have a beautiful environment to conduct business. The office building had been vacant for over 25 years and was part of a development plan birth from years of residential Real estate development. Mr. Buckley has rehabbed over 100 properties in the Chicagoland area along with being a restaurant Franchise owner. Within the Majestic Office center is The Majestic Coffee and Jazz cafe, which presents a Friday Business Happy Hour Networking Event for business professionals to come listen to live music, network with other guests and are giving an opportunity to speak about their business.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No. Mr. Buckley had been turned down as a franchise owner set his first application.

However, with now understanding net worth and what corporate was looking for began rehabbing real estate and established M & M Buckley Management.

Our main business has been under restaurant franchise. We also own a real estate property management company, construction company and the jazz café.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I think luck is how look at it, some believe it’s blind luck, others believe it’s the grace of God. We believe it’s the grace of God.
