Today we’d like to introduce you to Matt Ross.
Matt, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started Matt Ross Construction in 1999 with the concept of having customer service being the number one priority. Since then we have developed a reputation based on our ability to provide homeowners with a better, more convenient and easier way to build and remodel their homes.
I have maintained exceptionally high standards by nurturing an intimate connection to every project, and guiding my team to take pride in the details that most often go unnoticed.
With a customer-driven approach, I take the time to really listen to my clients so that I can understand their needs and develop design solutions for most budgets. I go by a philosophy that treats your home as if it was my own. After all, every home has my name on it, so I want to make every home perfect.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I am thankful that my only challenges is the result of growing pains. Jobs come easy when you are fair and offer value. So as we continue to grow, I sometimes have to pull in the reins and be selective on which projects I do because every customer expects and deserves the same level of service.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Matt Ross Construction story. Tell us more about the business.
Matt Ross Construction has the resources and flexibility to accommodate work of any scope — ranging from bathroom and kitchen renovations to large custom homes.
From concept to completion, I assist with every step of the building process. In addition to working directly with clients, I also have relationships with many different designers who have given me the reputation of delivering high-end finishes at a value.
