Opened in 1989. Family owned restaurant with focus on pristine – fantastic seafood, fish and prime meats. Focus on quality service and wines. Service is paramount instilling integrity, passion and focus with all employees. We are proud in our consistency of our cuisine and service. Chef-owner is in the kitchen every night. We try to create flavors that burst in your mouth. Our cuisine changes with the times a bit over the 28 years that we have been open.
Has it been a smooth road?
There are always a few struggles including the recession of 2008. It forced us to re-focus and pay attention to all details.
