We are best friends who worked together for years, before starting our luxury bridal hair + makeup company.
A.K.A. two bad boss babes.
We started Three One Two Bridal with just us and grew our team, immediately!
We are very proud of our hard-working, trend-setting hair + makeup artists. We pride ourselves upon their attention to detail and professionalism with our clients.
We have learned so much over the past 2 1/2 years in business. *through the good times & the bad*
We look forward to expanding Three One Two to other bridal markets.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
We wish it has always been a smooth ride!
We knew at the beginning of this business, there would be challenges. We make it a point to be very positive with each other and the company in every situation,
Every specific obstacle we have encountered we have successfully mitigated by maintaining level heads and persistence.

We are the hair + makeup company brides hire if they want to look as flawless as Chrissy Teigen
LOL no, but really.
It is important to us that the artists we work with are ALWAYS creating the current hair + makeup trends on our clients.
We are very proud when we see our brides featured in magazines across Chicago and blogs across the nation. Including Wedding Chicks, 100 Layer Cake, Ruffled Blog + Carats & Cake.
