I started my Instagram @laurenuchima as a personal page. It slowly evolved into a full-blown food Instagram. I love to try new restaurants and travel so I use Instagram as a way to share my experiences with my followers.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
With so many food-based Instagram profiles, it is hard to stand out. I have a modest following but I have grown my following organically and love to interact with my followers. I love to support other food Instagram profiles and it is a great community to be part of.

My Instagram is centered around food. I love trying new foods and traveling to new places. I am most proud of my photos. What sets me apart from other accounts is my point of view. My photos are always sharp and taken at different angles. All my friends and family always ask me for food recommendations!

I definitely have to thank all my friends and family who are patient with me while I take pictures of our meals before we eat! My followers are also the best and show tons of support on my posts.
