Joe, Nicolle, and Mark, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Launch Digital Marketing started as a true startup in the basement of the two co-founders. In the early days, it was an SEO, (Search Engine Optimization) company. But it quickly grew from there. While working to optimize the early client’s websites, it was realized that the platforms used by many of our clients were not optimal when it came to SEO. We began building websites and also doing paid search marketing. Because of the automotive background of our co-founders and early employees, it was a natural evolution to work with Dealerships and in the automotive space. Dealer Inspire was started as an innovative website platform built with a proprietary analytics dashboard on the backend to show our Dealers their True ROI.
Creating marketing and services that solve the common challenges for our clients has been what has fueled the growth of our companies and the products and services we provide.
Has it been a smooth road?
Our main challenge along the way has been the rapid growth we have experienced for Launch Digital Marketing and Dealer Inspire.
Built on a great foundation for assessing our client’s needs and answering them has allowed us to continue to grow. Making sure we had the team members here to not only handle the client’s business but also maintain our culture has been one of the largest challenges.
The first year there were 4 employees, by year 2 there was 30 and today, year 6, there are more than 370 with both companies.

We are a technology company. We built our business on innovation and are rapidly becoming a leader in the automotive industry and among technology companies.
Launch Digital Marketing was recognized as one of Crain’s Fastest 50 Growing Companies last year. Coming in at #5 on the list. Launch is a Digital marketing company specializing in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Video Production, and Analytics.
Dealer Inspire is focusing on the automotive industry and creating products and services to future proof the car buying process. Being one of the first website platform providers to also solve the need for online buying solutions, we built Online Shopper. This product allows customers to buy their vehicle 100% online from their local dealership. Online Shopper and Conversations were both AWA Award-winning products. Conversations are our solution for the modern day chat platform. But just like all of our products, is built with features no one else offers.
Both companies were recognized by the INC 5000. Launch in 2016 and Dealer Inspire is #39 for 2017.
