Meet Evelyn Quinones of Infinite Lash Studio in Lakeview

Today we’d like to introduce you to Evelyn Quinones.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I received a cosmetology license with Regency Beauty Institute. I thought I wanted to master haircuts and color, but I was steered into a different direction. Eyelashes were up and coming around the time I started training, I trained with one of Chicago’s most talented Master Educational Director. After 4 years of building a solid clientele, I decided it was time for me to branch out and get a feel of the business world.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far it has been pretty smooth, I expected huge bumps in the road because, most say nothing comes easy, but doors do start opening up when you work hard for what you are passionate about. My biggest struggle was breaking out of my shell and knowing what I wanted in the near future.

Please tell us about Infinite Lash Studio.
Infinite Lash Studio specializes in eyelash extensions and eyebrow services. We offer other services such as eyebrow and eyelash tinting, even eyelash perms! Most people don’t know how much you can accentuate your everyday look with just a little brow shaping an eyelash tint or a few extensions and even cut some time from your everyday routine. We are best known for the eyelash extensions. I use high-quality products and take pride in giving our clients the most bang for their buck. What sets Infinite Lash studio apart is our client care. We will go above and beyond to have our clients walk out happy and confident.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory is of my brother Alejandro and I playing hairdresser and he cut off all my hair!! 23 years later he is still my hair stylist! Some would say we both have a calling for the beauty industry.
