Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric Wehling.
Eric, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I began my career as a field inspector with a real estate company where I performed quality control inspections, home inspections, and quotes/bids. Due to my determination and drive, I quickly transitioned into the field manager role. Under this role, I handled approximately 500 properties in inventory and saw the opportunity to create my own company. That’s when I started Reno Renovation Corp. Within the first year of its creation, we had grown from handling 10 work orders per week to exceeding 100 at times. Since then, we’ve had millions in sales.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It definitely has not been a smooth ride to where we are now. I think biggest struggle so far is finding the right people to fit our brand. Luckily, the team we have now shared the same vision I do for Reno. I feel confident in saying that this is the best team Reno has had thus far.

We are a general contracting company that specialized in mold remediation, preservation, remolding, build backs, rental turns, full rehabs and everything in between. We are known for the transparency in our work. We like to keep clients involved throughout the duration of our work. We provide daily status updates and pictures of the progress for that day. That’s for our longer projects but we do communicate closely with all clients. Aside from open communication and transparency. We are also known for our affordable prices. We work around our clients budget to get them the best possible prices.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up I was always an animal lover and I still am. The picture of the bulldog on our company logo can attest to that. I like MMA and UFC.
