So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
We open Aug 2014 a small Burger Restaurant. Our passion for quality of food with no cut corners it was our drive at the time and still is. We came with a verity of Gourmet Burgers in 3 different sizes 1/4, 1/2, 1 lb., using high quality of 100% beef and cooked on flame char grilled that gives them an amazing flavor. After the 2nd month the respond from the community it was unbelievable, we got so busy so we had to take over space next to us and expend putting together a dining area that stays full since then.We strongly believe in the quality of food and quality of service as well. A nice atmosphere that we offer combine we the qualities that I mentioned previously I think it was what make the people like about HAMBURGERSERIA.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It was a struggles on the begging the first 2 months but everything came along very well and it was a well worth effort that we put.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about HAMBURGERSERIA – what should we know?
Like I said before Hamburgerseria starts Aug. 2014 and the idea comes from the fact that we didn’t have a GOOD BURGER anywhere in our area. Besides the typical commercial quality restaurant that you never know what you eating it was nothing else. Of course, our specialty is the Burgers, we have about 25 different ones on the menu in 3 sizes. The fact that the values that we carry as operators it has been well recognized by the community that’s what makes me proud of our company. Quality of Food, Quality of service and our great team of employs that we have is what sets us apart from others.
