Meet Bryan Delimata

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryan Delimata.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I have always enjoyed using a camera and capturing how I see something vs how someone else does. As a little kid I would always film all of my hobbies and even create small “movies”. When I started high school I would always do freelance graphic design and that introduced me to all of the editing software that I use today. When I found out how much you can manipulate your footage/pictures with editing software that’s when I fell in love with creating. Ever since then I spend most of my free time watching tutorials on different ways to use the software to create a unique piece. I think the thing I enjoy the most about creating is there is no set rules, all of the information on how to do stuff is online for free but you can add your own twist to everything and that is encouraged.

Please tell us about your art.
Right now my focus is creating content for social media (Instagram mostly). I find it very interesting trying to capture people’s attention in different ways. My whole goal with the content I create is to show my perspective on everything I look at in the most interesting way possible. I try and edit in elements that make my pictures/videos more intriguing and give the viewer to look at the content more than once. Recently I have been watching ads and trying to see how companies make it entertaining to watch their products be promoted and with social media I feel as if there is an infinite amount of ways to do that. Because of this my style is always changing and I’m trying to reinvent how I go about making content constantly.

We often hear from artists that being an artist can be lonely. Any advice for those looking to connect with other artists?
Yes!! It’s something that I preach quite often. Use the hashtag feature on Instagram and DM (Direct Message) people that you want to create with. You would be surprised how many people will reply and want to work together.

There should be ZERO reason that artist cannot find people to collaborate in 2018.

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
I primarily post my work on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bryandelimata
People can support my work by reaching out through Instagram DMs, I reply to every single comment/DM/email that I receive.
