Borislav, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I start working as a limo driver back in 2012 and quickly realized that this is the right job for me. I enjoyed providing professional service and getting positive feedback from the customers but working for someone else was pushing me back so in 2013 I decided to take the things in my hands and opened my own business. This is how SUV Chicago Limo was born. Since then I’m a full-time owner of my time and my company and year after year we grow and get better and better in what we do.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Every day is a challenge in the limo business. Facing a technology giant like Uber is not an easy task especially for a small company like SUV Chicago Limo. On the other hand, there are the big well know companies which have thousands of regular customers. But step by step, with consistency and hard work, we’ve built up our reputation and popularity. I personally am a perfectionist and providing flawless service is essential for me. The greatest prize for what we do is the approval of our customers and the fact that they ride with us again and again.

As the name suggests, SUV Chicago Limo is a limo company that operates exclusively with SUVs. Nevertheless, our fleet includes also sedans, vans, a party bus, sedan and SUV stretch limousines. We are known for providing high-end services at affordable prices and treating our clients like family. Our returning customers are a proof for that. We strongly believe that our professionalism and promptness are the reason for our success.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
The limousine business requires constant development. If we stop even for a day, we are a step behind.
We do our best to keep up with the newest technologies by focusing on social media marketing, advertising, search engine optimization, etc. We are planning to raise our budget for 2018 and invest in marketing and expand our fleet.
We are also starting an application soon which will provide easier and faster way for our customers to obtain information and make a reservation. We recently added a special department responsible for our corporate accounts which are of a great importance for us. Our goal is to become bigger and better company that more and more people could trust.
