InStyle Salon & Spa Suites leases upscale, fully-furnished salon suites to independent beauty & wellness professionals. Our most successful tenants have previously been in the industry, built a client base or have owned a salon in the past. We provide assorted size suites for any type of beauty businesses as well as have suite sharing to allow an economical choice for part-time or newer beauty professionals. Each suite is fully furnished with professional equipment and can be personalized to the tenant’s business.
The most rewarding part of owning and running InStyle Salon & Spa Suites is knowing we are assisting over 120 independent beauty professionals to flourish in the Chicago area.
We Are a Family Business
In 2007, two brothers and their wives opened the first location of InStyle Salon & Spa Suites in Elk Grove Village, IL. Over the next several years, opened 4 more locations throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. Working to make each location professional, safe, affordable, easy to get to with lots of free parking, many tenants have stayed since 2007.
The two brothers come from a long family of entrepreneurs, being exposed at a young age to business around the kitchen table. With the idea of providing today’s beauty professionals with an environment for their growth enticed the two to proceed to develop the business further.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The team at InStyle Salon & Spa Suites has had to grow as the business has grown. Managing tenant’s needs has been the most rewarding as it has made us more sophisticated and flexible.

We have grown our business to be one of the best salon suite businesses in the Chicago land area. Our success and the success of our many tenants is what we are most proud.
We pride ourselves in being hands-on in our management style. All our tenants can be confident in knowing who we are and can approach us easily as needed.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
So far, we have no regrets!
