Task Papa was started based on the fact that most of the similar businesses were not doing justice to their customers in terms of giving 100% results. I started my career in 2004 in BPO industry. I realized that a business like this existed, however, it has not reached to its full potential I decided to grab the opportunity…And that’s how Task Papa was born in 2013 with a team of 3 people using our experience, dedication and a bit of finance.
Fast forward 2017 – We are a team of 15 VA’s and a clientele of 25+ clients from different parts of the world like the USA, UK, and Australia.
We are proud to be one of the rare company that focuses on customer satisfaction and not simply tagged as “Money Minting” business.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road was challenging and that what makes it interesting. Our journey started by implementing what we knew and by learning what was still unknown to us in this business world. Our first client was served from home. We did not even have a place to accommodate IT set up and to conduct conferences. This went for 5-6 months before things started turning in our favor and people started recognizing our work and our brand.
We fall, we get up and fall again and that’s how it works. Struggles are part of the business and its the main ingredient that helps you as an individual and business as an entity to grow.
Overall the journey has been excellent however we believe in staying grounded as we know that we have a long way to go. More challenges are on the way and we are ready to tackle them happily.
