Growing up I always like to ask lots of business/finance/taxation questions to my Dad and challenge the conversations and knew that is where I belong. I have my first college degree at the age 19 in the Business and Commerce. I have been very proficient in the mathematics along with the business acumen help me proceed further in my educational career concentrating in Accounting, Taxation, and Business. I also started working at the age 19 and went to full time school for further studies and full time work. I have continued to my progression to get the second bachelor/master combined in the Accounting/Taxation with minor in Business. I also obtained a designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from University of Illinois. I am continuously learning and keeping up with all the relevant educations even at this point as I believe in the phrase ”NEVER STOP LEARNING”.
While continuously growing in the educational fields, I have been working all along without any gap, started at the small accounting firm then computer/mainframe leasing corporation where I gained multi-faced leasing Financial & Operational Accounting/SEC Reporting then medical equipment leasing where I gained management experience along with subject expertise, then became a controller of the publicly owned subsidiary located in Chicagoland, had a huge market share of mass transit seating manufacturing where I gained lots of business turnaround and overall business operational/ finance/accounting/taxation knowledge. This knowledge brought me to Arthur Andersen, where I started working in a management capacity in a premier tax department. I had gained all aspects of the tax knowledge including compliance & consulting in a multi-faced domestic/international corporation, partnerships, family offices, trust, high net-worth individuals and many more. In order to balance both professional and personal life brought me to W. W. Grainger, where I had worked in the Tax Department and followed by the Consulting firm, where I had gained balanced momentum of the Public Accounting Firm/Private Industry. That is when the inspiration came to open the consulting firm and Pinnacle was born. We have started working as a team in our respective expertise and providing the solutions to the fortune 5000 corporations along with operating a boutique CPA firm where we can provide the solutions to all the privately held corporations including small, medium, and large size businesses including trust and Individuals. I am so very passionate about helping the world with finance and taxation including educating children/young adults to manage their finances and credit cards. The motto here is “LIVE WITHIN YOUR MEANS”.
Has it been a smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road and lots of curves and deviations came along with the economic downturns around 2008-2009 have caused us to revise our original business plans and introduce privately held corporations in our service synopsis along with small, medium, and large size businesses where we can make differences by partnering up in our respective expertise to minimize the exposures of the Mergers and Acquisitions of the publicly owned corporation, thus shrinking the clientele.
I had some personal challenges throughout my career as handling personal & professional life balances with some sleepless nights to deliver the best quality services kept us going to stand out in the community.

City of Chicago as well as Chicagoland including suburbs landscaped in a way where there is an ample opportunities in the professional and business arenas. City of Chicago is a landscape where you escape and soak in the high rises, rivers, restaurants and feel safe in a clean environment. Transportation logistic throughout the Chicagoland makes it very conducive for anyone to commute and work in and out of the City. I do not have any big concern about our city except the traffic to move around within and outside of the city makes it tough to accomplish lot more within the time frame available to busy professionals like me.
