Today we’d like to introduce you to Joshua Lybolt and Magdalena Lybolt.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Joshua and Magdalena . So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
We started in the real estate industry flipping houses together and soon my wife, Magdalena, became an adviser and consultant to fellow investors on bigger investments and developments. As she worked with many real estate companies, she noticed they were all the same. They treated agents like a paycheck and did not provide adequate training and support.
Magdalena became a broker and Lifstyl Real Estate/Prime Real Estate was created to solve these problems. Our purpose is to challenge the dated standards of the real estate business. Our agent-centric model allows us to inspire, motivate, and provide substantial training for agents. We want to improve the quality of life for all those who work at our company.
In the 14 years since starting the company, the brokerage has grown to hundreds of real estate agents, spanning across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Tennessee. The company continues to grow year over year, making the INC 5000 list for the fastest growing companies for the last two years.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Entrepreneurism is a struggle. We started the company from scratch. As an entrepreneur, you wear 17 hats in the beginning. You are the CEO, accountant, attorney, secretary, janitor, and everything in-between. Eventually, you grow and are able to delegate tasks.
Additionally, entering a new market is extremely taxing. Doing this as a small business, requires a lot of work. You don’t have the same resources that large corporations have.

If we had to start over, we would not change anything! But if we could change anything about this industry, we do wish those who enter the real estate field wanted to help themselves as much as we want to help them!
