Today we’d like to introduce you to Merderhaus.
Merderhaus, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
A murder, flock, gaggle, or co-op of artists promoting the destruction of the strict barriers of design, through the lack of rules, and under one co-op united.
Synonyms: creative-source, agency, designers, co-creators, experts, artists, connections, begetters, and specialists…
As a group of artists who feel their skill-sets lie across many lines, we find Merderhaus to be the sole ideal, as we ban together, to fulfill the artist community as a whole. Founders Claude Abbott and Christine Jo Della Fielder’s love of community and collaborative-based work have fueled a drive for bettering humanity.
We offer a variety of services under the umbrella of art, graphics, and production. Our main goal lately has been to promote our co-op-wide pro-bono services. We, in our own perspective skins, understand different plights of existence and have banded together to offer help to those in need.
Since our 2014 initiation, we have worked on projects ranging from album art/design, environmental murals, website design and development, event merchandising, and so much more. Our ever growing group of artists love to pass on our creative wisdom to those in need.
We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
We provide a range of services ranging from artistic practices, graphic design and production for a variety of people/places/and things.
Our premise is focused on the journey from start-to-finish. We assess each briefing and delegate to our team of creatives. Every person who works on our projects feel a sense of completeness.
Do current events, local or global, affect your work and what you are focused on?
Our art has been forever changed due to use focusing our energy on providing to our neighbors and small business. We care about plights and helping the process of making sure people and their businesses are properly branded.
Forever interested in creating a nostalgic connection between the audience and the client at hand, we feel the root of Art and Design is based in psychology and the way we interact with objects. Merderhaus’s goal is to make an effortless tangent between people and their youthful imaginative minds. Creatives need to make someone feel something; always attempting to draw in a crowd of those who might not have been previously interested in the subject at hand. In design, there is a social power that every working professional needs to find, define, and re-design on their own; ours is to remind everyone of life, desire, humility and humanity.
