Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Brady.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started my own fitness and nutrition business designed for my clients to experience complete body balance by making strategic and manageable adjustments to their personal routines.
When I got connected with the existing owners at Elite, my business was the last piece to completion for the offerings on the practitioner side of the business. My training in nutrition counseling and corrective exercise and success in managing weight loss and fitness goals was the perfect complement to what Dr. Pullukat, Paul Matthews and Matt Gentle were offering and, together, we brought in some of the most amazing wellness and recovery technologies available on the market today.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road is always worth traveling when you are helping people live their best lives, but there are always challenges in any business. Personally, relocating my business to a different area and facility was a transition for sure.
For Elite, this is a business unlike any other wellness business around and we have found that the extensive list of services and technologies that Elite offers can be overwhelming, so we have done our best to establish a reputation for being here to help personalize care and wellness plans for each individual so everyone knows they have several partners and a customized plan to accomplish their wellness goals.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Elite Wellness – what should we know?
The vision for Elite was to bring natural services and technologies for healing that were typically only available to “elite” athletes and make them accessible to everyone. Elite, to me, is the most amazing place on earth because it has everything you need to get well and stay well, naturally. I see people that have tried everything to reach their goals and when they try Elite, they are healed and happy and telling their friends and family about how the services and practitioners at Elite has helped them and how Elite can help them too.
I am Chris Brady, co –owner of Elite. I am a functional health coach. I have developed a simplistic and unique approach to bring you into complete body balance by analyzing your personal routine; specifically, what you put in your body, on your body, how you move your body, how you manage stress and how you sleep. With this information, we are able to make small manageable adjustments that balance your energy and set proper expectations to change your life into your best life.
Once your needs are assessed, we start with the power of whole food. This, coupled with my background in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, Stress Management, Sleep and Supplemental Therapies, Reiki and Energy Balancing, allows us to use the tools that only you need to recover, rejuvenate, maintain and transform your body according to your specific needs and goals, bringing you into complete body balance.
Every day, we see people that think that they have tried everything and are left frustrated that what they have tried has not given them the results they are seeking. And every day, we see people who are experiencing results working with Elite. Whether it is in managing pain and inflammation, getting to that next fitness or weight loss level or goal, people are seeing results here every day. I am proud we are making a difference in the lives of others by giving them natural and innovative alternatives at Elite.

What role has luck played in your life and business?
When you set out to do good and change lives, the opportunities come to you. It is what led me to expand to Elite and what will set my future course.

You just need people to share their success stories with others, so we can help more people. We are so grateful that all of our clients tell all of their friends and family about Elite, it has really helped us grow.
