Today we’d like to introduce you to Pierpaolo Manes.

CULTI MILANO was founded in 1990 by Alessandro Agrati, eclectic interior designer, who realized what a fragrance can do to characterize an environment and drew his inspiration from rattan handiwork to create the first sticks diffuser: a product of new design which uses this material to release fragrance into private and public spaces.

The company has been in business for 27 years; it is a subsidiary of INTEK GROUP spa, an Italian holding company with a diversified presence in the industrial, financial and services sectors.

2015 marked the beginning of a major process of renewal, in terms of company strategy and organization. The line of existing products was rationalized, and new captivating creations, including newly formulated fragrances, were launched. The goals that the company had set for itself, in fact, were both to confirm the brand’s high-end positioning in the market and to continue to be a trail blazer, introducing new ideas and new trends for a highly refined, demanding clientele seeking increasingly sophisticated sensory stimuli. The transformation in a joint-stock company in January 2017 has confirmed the scenario of consolidation of the company.

Nowadays the company counts on a young and active team, with great plans and expectations, in terms of business development and brand awareness.

A strong impulse was recently given to the presence of the brand on the north American and Chinese territory.

Has it been a smooth road?
The start and first years saw a fast growth and great response by the market, so the brand was soon established and the fragrances highly appreciated worldwide.

The biggest struggle as to face the competitors that soon appeared on the market: the only solution was and still is to be always ahead with the research of a new way to conceive the role of the home fragrance, combining design, elegance, originality and of course quality.
