Today we’d like to introduce you to Baron Warren.
Serving on active duty in the United States Navy, president and founder Baron experienced first hand the effects from serving the country during a time of war. September 11th had just happened and the country was at a stand still. Only nineteen years old at the time, Baron was prepared for the war ahead. Job assignments were issued to all sailors and the war was now in full swing.
Under the impression, he would receive a job that would intel the use of a firearm, medical assisting for the injured and disabled or some other “real man” assignment, Baron was very surprised when his superior told him that he would be a barber. Upset and disappointed about his new job assignment, Baron began to cut hair for more than 5,000 men over the next eight years. Now, growing a strong passion for helping individuals get through their life problems and unaware of the journey ahead, this experience would ultimately be the foundation for “Cuts & Coaching”.
Baron discovered that there was another war going on outside of the war in Iraq. He discovered that there was a war going on with “hurting people” and that there was a need for individuals to have a place where they could go to boost there morale. After many haircuts and conversations with sailors during a time of war, Baron became aware that not only do people want to look good on the outside, but they also need a friend to talk to, so they can feel good on the inside. It became clear that “hurting people” can truly benefit from a good haircut and a life coach, all in one experience. “Cuts & Coaching” was now a reality.
Upon honorable discharge from active duty, Baron would later obtain his B.S degree in Psychology as well as his state license as a barber with one objective in mind. “Shaping Lines & Sharpening Minds”.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a very rewarding experience. I say that because I am able to speak “LIFE” to males that are in need of personal growth. I speak at prisons and high schools nationwide

“Cuts & Coaching” offers experienced life coaching and grooming services to “MALES” who need assistance in areas of personal growth. We provide a unique and strategic curriculum that will motivate, inspire and educate males as they experience the journey to manhood.
Our slogan is “Helping MALES Become MEN”.
We provide a unique experience to males in need. It’s our philosophy that males not only look good on the outside but also feel good on the inside
