Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Cichocka.
Anna, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Since I was a little girl I always had multiple interests in business, law and foreign languages, also the world of art was calling my name very often. I was born and raised in Poland, and I knew that only hard work and everyday commitment will help me to be a successful businesswoman. I have started to study the English Language when I was 6 years old, know I’m fluent in Polish and English, I also understand and communicate in other languages as well.
Now, I’m fulfilling my American Dream.
When I was 4 years old, I started dancing, from this I was directed into acting and modeling, next thing you know, I graduated with a business and a law degree in the USA. I have opened up my dance school called Académie De Danse out of big passion of mine, when it comes to Booze Ride Corporation, the unique idea for a business, drove me into opening up another business, and also I have been leading a tattoo studio and Art Gallery with my partner called Krol Body Art Tattoo Studio. Besides this, I have my own podcast called HIGH “LIVE” on Social Media, covering topics like business, law, traveling, fashion. All me! 🙂
I still model and act all the time, I want to make sure that I can still maintain my hobbies and passions!
I’m a very busy businesswoman, but I’m living my dream!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Being born and raised in Poland, and having a polish language as a first language, was not easy to associate and find me in multiple places and different situations in the foreign country.
I really had to work twice more than everybody else who happens to be born in America and speaking English.
Being away from my motherland took a lot of time and courage to make it everything work, but hey they say “work hard play hard”, as simple as this sounds, these words are so true! I’m very passionate and dedicated to things I do in life, I work every single day to be proud of who I am today.
I learn every single day something new about the business, about people, but that’s the beauty of our lives. If I don’t know something, I will study, I will dig through it and learn it on my own.
Booze Ride Corporation and Académie De Danse and Krol Body Art Tattoo Studio – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Let’s start with Académie De Danse, my dance school is well known for being a place where our private classes are putting our students at the top of the charts.
In order to be part of our school, every person has to go through the Castings, I’m trying to pick only the best!
We specialize in Hip Hop, Modern Jazz, Contemporary, Dancehall, and WEDDINGS!
Future Bride and Groom like to pick us because we have a unique form of teaching, after full first dance course, one of our choreographers goes with the couple to their wedding reception place for the final rehearsal, we treat every couple very special! We offer DJ services, so every couple can have their own unique music set for a first dance, besides this, we have special gifts for every couple, they receive 11th class for free as a wedding gift from us!
Besides this, our students perform a lot, they attend different dance competitions, we are getting invitations to perform with Singers on the stage, in music videos and much more!!! We also teach a lot of Latin Dance and some Sexy Dance Class for Women.
Booze Ride Corporation, is one of kind transportation company, that provides services for people who are incapable of driving their own vehicles by sending a corporate car with 2 drivers inside, one of our drivers switchover in the customers car and drive them back in their own vehicle, while the customer remains in their own car BUT on the passenger seat, our corporate car, follows then like a shadow until the service is done and our client with their car is safe!!! Easy, simple and affordable!!! You can drink BUT we will drive you back in your own car!!!
The third business, which I happen to be a Chief Financial Officer, is a tattoo studio called Krol Body Art, we are known all over the world for being phenomenal in photorealism technique! We have been on the market for many years, serving our clients with the best customer service experience and the highest quality of art!!!
All our tattoo artist are people with an actual art degree who really knows how to create the BEST tattoos!!! Everybody is welcome to stop by and visit us, you can admire our work every day!
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is a subjective state of mind, everybody can see their success at different levels and dimension. For me personally, success is being healthy, having wonderful family and friends around me, living in a free country, having a loud and clear voice as a woman, being able to perform my work every day and moving forward every minute. Having an opportunity to empower other women! Success is a state of mind of feeling fulfilled, happy, positive, motivated, being able to believe in yourself and knowing your worth. Success is being able to set a clear goal and working towards them. Success is an opportunity to leave your comfort zone! If your dreams don’t scare you, that means they are not big enough! Success is clear understanding that if we feel uncomfortable doing something or we are scared, that means we are progressing!!! And that’s priceless!
Success for me is my American Dream.
