Has it been a smooth road?
We originally opened later than we had planned. Initially, we wanted to open in Jan/Feb 2018. However, due to some permitting and construction delays, we did not have our Grand Opening until Apr 21, 2018. As a result, we missed out on some sign-ups from the second half of the year. Pre-Grand Opening, we had nearly 200 parents express interest in registration. Perhaps, we should have pre-registered these students in advance of our Grand Opening.
The flip side is that the later opening really became more of a “soft opening” that has allowed us to be better prepared for the harder opening in Fall 2018. For the Fall, we are going to pre-register in the Summer.
Although we had this initial obstacle, we have had nearly 50 coaching, class and/or camp sessions filled in the first month of operation.

Our core business is our weekly after-school programs, run throughout the year. Coding takes practice, and we believe getting kids to code consistently throughout the year is the only way they’ll really learn to code!
Code Coaching® is our core philosophy, and what our school is about! We believe that every student is different and that kids should learn the things they’re most interested in, at the speed that works best for them. From game development to Python or Java and beyond, Code Coaching® works for all kids of all ages and skills. Code Coaching® uses a super-small 2:1 student-to-instructor ratio so our students can get the focused attention and customization they need. These sessions run one or two hours a week (your choice), at the same time every week on a schedule that works for both you and our Coach. We also offer a code coaching option provides an opportunity to present a project in a Coder Fair, a premium code coaching option for advanced languages, summer camps and a class for beginners.
