Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefanie Ridolfo.
Stefanie, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My story began with always having one goal in mind – to help others and have a positive impact on their lives. I was in corporate sales for 10 years after graduating college and always felt like I needed more. I had a burning desire to make a difference in the world and felt that working in corporate America was not filling that void. One day while I was pregnant with my twins I couldn’t imagine leaving them to go back to a “job” where I didn’t feel like I was making a difference. I thought that if I was going to leave my babies to go to work every day I wanted to do something more meaningful that didn’t feel like “work”. There is a song that goes: “If you love what you do you will never work a day in your life,” and I was determined to explore all opportunities in order to pursue this dream while providing for my family.
All arrows pointed to Real Estate as the vehicle that would allow me to follow all my dreams while making a positive impact in the lives of other. So, shortly after, I had my twins I took the real estate course, passed and launched my real estate business in February of 2015. I had immediate success and quickly realized there were so many people that needed my help. I heard all types of stories about how other realtors weren’t servicing their clients properly and I vowed that I would never be one of those realtors. My promise is to provide the best experience to my clients through the home buying and selling process. In order to provide the best experience, I knew that I couldn’t do it alone and would need a team of people dedicated to this same mission. I formed LIV Real Estate Partners in March of 2017 and brought together the most talented individuals to be a part of my organization. I’ve personally trained and mentored everyone on my team to ensure we always provide our clients with top notch service. We have so many wonderful success stories from our past clients and it warms my heart to know we are making a difference in the world and we’ve only just begun our journey!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
In my opinion, there is no such thing as a smooth road and the journey up the mountain will always have a twist, turns, and setbacks. I believe that what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger and every day I grow stronger and stronger. As a young women entrepreneur, wife and mother of 3 children, I face challenges every day and have to make many scarifies in order to move LIV Partners forward. The biggest challenge I face today is finding the right talent to join our team so we can continue to grow and expand LIV Partners. People are the biggest asset of any organization and making sure they align with our mission, values, culture and work ethic is no easy task. We want to hire like-minded individuals that fit all these categories and refuse to settle for anything less. We are determined to find the right people to help build the foundation of LIV Partners and are constantly seeking out this type of talent to join our organization. Nothing in life that is worthwhile is easy but at the end of the day, I know it will all be worth it.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about LIV Real Estate Partners – what should we know?
Here at LIV Partners, we believe in relationships not just real estate and our mission is to create a meaningful impact on the lives we touch. We do this by helping and guiding our clients through the home buying and selling process. We truly care about our clients and always have their back. We speak the truth and because of that our client’s trust in us and know that we always have their best interest at heart. I’m extremely proud to say that we’ve gained the confidence and trust of over 250 individuals to help them achieve all their life goals and dreams. It’s not about buying or selling a home it’s about truly understanding what our clients are trying to accomplish in life and helping them get what they want and deserve. The LIV Partners logo symbolizes the circle of life and the transitions a person will go through during their life. Real estate just happens to be a by-product of these life transitions such as marriage, having a baby, a growing family, retirement and unfortunately divorce and a loss. We want to be there for our clients during life’s celebrations and also the hardship. LIV Partners strives to be the one-stop resource for our clients’ needs throughout every transition in life. We pride ourselves on educating and empowering our clients so they can make the best possible decision during the home buying and selling process.

There is no “I” in a team and I certainly wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for my LIV Partners family and all the amazing talent they bring to the table. Our team includes Danielle Addante as lead buyer specialist, Jessica Martini as Listing Coordinator, Carrie Woodruff as Executive Coordinator & Tina Fregoso as Inside sales. I’ve been extremely fortunate to have the ongoing support of my family and friends; however my husband Vince Ridolfo has been my biggest cheerleader and support system from the beginning. He encouraged me to follow my dreams and has spent countless nights and weekends caring for our beautiful children so I could go out and build LIV Partners. He recently got his real estate license and is now working alongside me to continue to build and expand the LIV Partners brand. Lance Loken, owner of The Loken Group in Houston, Texas has been my inspiration and mentor during my real estate career.
He built a real estate empire in 7 short years and is someone I admire dearly. He recently invited me and my team to shadow his team for an entire day and shared all his systems and models with us which has been a game changer for our business. My parents and grandparents are the driving force behind my motivation and determination. They were all immigrants and made countless sacrifices so that I could have the opportunity to live the American Dream. My goal is to build a successful organization that can be passed down to future generations to ensure that the sacrifices they made were all worthwhile. Last but not least, I’m so grateful and blessed for all my past clients who put their trust in me and LIV Partners, without these individuals, I would not be where I am today and I owe my success to them!
