Today we’d like to introduce you to Omehabiba Khan.
Omehabiba is a Pakistani born Chicago raised entrepreneur! With her passion for business, beauty, and blogging she was able to relocate to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams. She has been featured in magazines like cosmopolitan and allure for her beauty tips and tricks. Ome is also the director of beauty for the ihearthalal festival which brought in 20,000 attendees in April 2018. She also owns a beauty brand called, OMEHABIBA.COM where she sells her lashes that have a story behind them calling out many aspects of judgment from beauty standards to societal norms.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road for Omehabiba, her father Mohammad Adil Khan passed away on August 25th, 2016 and that is what pushed her to quit her full-time job as a medical device rep to pursue her own business fulltime.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into Omehabiba story. Tell us more about the business.
She specializes in business and beauty! one of her businesses cleared 100K in revenue in the first 3 months. She has had no investors and is completely self-made.
Looking back on your childhood, what experiences do you feel played an important role in shaping the person you grew up to be?
She grew up with very humble beginnings, she started working at the age of 15 and continued to do so while being in college.
