Today we’d like to introduce you to Jose Rivera.
Jose, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Our company started in 2007 during the crash. I was a union plumber and had been paid off. So I started doing service calls and eventually got put on Yelp. Since then our business has grown immensely. We’re proud to serve our customers the best way we can.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We’ve had a few contractors who decided not to pay is after jobs were completed. Our experience with Angie’s list was terrible.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Windy City Plumbing story. Tell us more about the business.
We’ve been around for 11 years. We’re known mostly for doing Sewer Work and flood controls. I’m most proud of our reputation on Yelp. We do our best to accommodate our customers. We pride ourselves in customer service.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
We’ve been very lucky with finding great customers. This has played out with getting jobs and Referrals.
