Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeane Lee.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I’ve always had a passion for designing and decorating my own house. I always enjoyed inviting friends and family over for dinner and serve them on a nicely set table. I feel that dinner always tastes better served on a nicely set table with close friends and family. I enjoy going out with friends and admiring the beautifully decorated cafes and restaurants and trying different food.
In the process of figuring out what my business goals are, I thought of starting a business where I can plan parties. While doing this, I realized that this is the perfect job for me where I feel enjoyment and happiness in what I do.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It’s been about 3 months since I started this business and I am happy to see that a lot of people are interested in Table by Jeane. The process was long and hard but I always had the passion and enjoyment for what I did. Starting a new business is never easy but I am very happy to see the accomplishments I have made so far. Even to have Voyage Chicago contact me is a huge success!
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the TablebyJeane story. Tell us more about the business.
Table by Jeane is a private event planner that will provide customers with perfect, stress-free party with style and compassion. We also work with private events such as first birthday parties, which are a big part in Korean tradition, kids and adult birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and weddings.
We plan on starting off with thoughtful consulting and create with lots of passion and love which sets us apart from others. We try to accommodate customers with unique and extraordinary creation using high-quality design and top quality customer service. We will make each party unique and individualized to fit each customer’s need.
Table by Jeane also provides customers outfit rental options that their child can wear (traditional or modern) during their party to make their party a bit more special. Everything used by Table by Jeane is top quality personalized material that was personally chosen with thoughtful consideration and individually chosen to fit each design.
