Meet Beth Wade of Beth Wade, LMT in The Loop

Today we’d like to introduce you to Beth Wade.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Beth. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
While working for many years as an assistant at Chiropractic and Acupuncture clinics, observing and personally experiencing the benefits of natural and holistic approaches to wellness, I decided to share my passion, knowledge, and experience with others.

I obtained certification in Reflexology in 2011 from the School of Holistic Massage & Reflexology, and in 2012 I was attuned to Usui Reiki Master/Teacher.

In December 2013 I earned my Certificate of Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) and am a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Additionally, I earned my Associates in Applied Science from PCOM in April of 2015 and in February of 2017 I became certified as a Life Coach.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Before becoming an LMT I spent many years working as a business manager for various small businesses in and around Chicago. I was fortunate to have all those years of experience in running a small business and decided to put all the know-how into MY dream instead of someone else’s.

One of my struggles has social media. I have a Twitter, but I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with it. lol

Also, it can be A LOT of work behind the scenes. From book-keeping to continuing education to marketing – I’m working even when I’m not with clients…and I love it!

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Beth Wade, LMT story. Tell us more about the business.
I help my clients reach a place of healing within themselves through bodywork, energy healing and life coaching.

My practices specialty is wellness massage, fire cupping and holistic life coaching.

I truly want to guide my clients back to themselves. Back to their joy! Back to their goddess energy!

So many women are unhappy with their bodies, and unfulfilled in their lives. Regular bodywork allows my clients to reconnect with themselves and release physical, mental & emotional patterns of stress and pain.

Regular bodywork allows my clients to experience their bodies in a more positive manner. And the healing, non-judgmental touch of bodywork also creates a sense of nurturing in my clients and gives them “permission” to love themselves and their bodies unconditionally.

My life coaching programs helps my clients identify what areas of their life needs improvement and together we create specific, attainable goals. My job then is act as an accountability partner and guide as they find their way back to the spark inside them. I want them to light up their lives and the lives of those around them.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Luck is a tricky thing…I believe that to a great extent we make our own luck and we can decide to be lucky or unlucky.

Of course, there are instances where life intervenes and we happen to be in the right place and the right time – those are the magic moments.
