Meet Anna Jackson of All There Fitness in The Loop

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Jackson.

Anna, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Becoming a certified personal trainer was one of the best decisions I ever made. Those countless hours pouring over anatomy textbooks, between intense training sessions in the gym, ignited an unexpected passion in my life. I fell in love with fitness. Before long, I wasn’t training because I wanted to lose weight before vacation, buy smaller clothes or feel better about myself. I was training because I loved it and couldn’t imagine a lifestyle without it anymore. I started blogging as a way to share my knowledge and perspective with anyone who may feel like I did: frustrated and unsure of where to start, but ready to make change. My fitness guides are designed to be fun, effective, and transportable. Whether you’re living out of a suitcase, have a gym membership, or workout in your family room, my workout programs Full Core and HIIT Mix are for you! Fitness doesn’t have to be difficult, and it certainly doesn’t have to be boring! I hope you learn to love it as much as I do.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road to success never seems to be completely smooth (although that would be nice!) In the beginning, I struggled to truly understand fitness and make it a habit. In the middle, I spent countless hours studying for my CPT license, working a full time job, building an online presence and intensely training in the gym. Now, I’m certified, have clients that I love and in the process of enhancing my business. Although not entirely smooth, it’s been 100% worth it.

All There Fitness was founded on the idea of empowering women to feel confident, comfortable, and capable in the gym. Or if they don’t have access to a gym, at home or while traveling … you can take our workout guides literally anywhere in the world! Our current products: 4 Weeks Full Core and 4 Weeks HIIT Mix Full Body are interactive, downloadable fitness guides (with bonus workouts and recipes) that are cost effective and really work!

What were you like growing up?
I’ve always had a go-getter personality, even before I could talk. Before getting into the fitness industry, I taught high school English, which groomed my ability to teach and understand different personality types. Being an English major, I have a love of reading, learning new things, working with people, and spending time with my family.
