Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Pursued Dr. Chapman for over 1 yr before I could meet with him. Worked on developing the online inventory and training materials for the next year and then worked on writing the book for 9 months before I got any feedback on it. Wrote the book.
Later, had a major problem with my computer programmer who quit on me (from contract work to an FT position elsewhere) in the midst of upgrading the inventory, took 8 months to find a replacement, cost $65K to revise the inventory. Other normal business challenges. But all has turned out okay! (with perseverance and long hours!)

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Not much. But over time would have set up more backup systems (not tech-wise, but cross training, backup resources to cover losses of personnel & knowledge.) Also, created a more professional accounting and payroll system earlier.
