Today we’d like to introduce you to Honey West and Jeff Binninger.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Honey and Jeff. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
About 15 years ago, Jeff Binninger and I noticed that there was a large number of women celebrating, “Girls Night Out” and “Bachelorette Parties” in the Lake View/Boystown area. We decided to create a show, catering to those women who were looking for a place to gather. This was at a time when some of the bars in that area were less than welcoming to large groups of women. We created a show that allowed them to interact with the dancers and share great memories with their family and friends. We have been going strong for 15 years. We pride ourselves on casting dancers that are respectful with great personalities. The show includes costumed, multimedia segments, including Fireman, Cop, Cowboy…etc.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
We got hit during the time that the economy went haywire a few years ago but we have kept the show going and we are now preparing new material and casting for our new season. From time to time we lose dancers to, school, marriage, and other job opportunities. It is sad when part of the family moves on, but it is inevitable in this business.

As I said earlier we are very proud of how the dancers treat the women. Sometimes we feel woman don’t get the respect in the bars, that they deserve. The overall experience from making reservations to the night of the show is our priority, and something we take very seriously. Making sure that the customer is always happy and taken care of. We understand that it is a special night for the girls and we like knowing we will be part of their history.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
We would have started years earlier. The women have been looking for venues and show to host their events for many years.
