I’ve always had a passion for makeup since I can remember. In school I was always trying to do everyone’s makeup and our sleepovers consisted of makeovers. I kept searching for a good makeup school but nothing stuck out to me like tnt agency. I flew to LA to pursue my dream of becoming a Profesisonal makeup artist / hair stylist.
It’s been an Amazing 4 years traveling and doing what I love from weddings, photo shoots, billboards, Latin Grammys, NY/LA style fashion week to landing a job at Univision doing makeup for Coach Zoe Torres for despierta con zoe / vida Mujer. I also love attending makeup seminars To keep myself updated with the latest makeup trends and learning different techniques from celebrity makeup artists. It all plays a big role in how I got here.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Well I have a 4 year old so trying to start your career while being a stay at home mom was challenging for sure. It took some time for me to prove to friends and family that this was my career now and not just a hobby. My biggest challenge was finding a technique that set me apart.

My business name is Makeup by Crystal Soto I am a professional Makeup Artist. brides & ,quinceañeras are my biggest clientele providing them with hair and makeup services . But I am mainly known for creating stunning red carpet looks. I am proud of all my accomplishments My passion for my business is reflected through my success. What sets me apart is my willingness to learn the latest trends and techniques
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My future plan is to continue expanding my business, attending more Award shows,and working with more celebrities . I would love to share my knowledge with others.
