I started out in the Fitness industry and became a Chef to feed my clients. After a while I started opening restaurants instead of gyms.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?

Valor – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We out an American French bistro and we bring fine dinning and adbvanced bar program to the North Shore.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
We have goals at Valor and we try to hit all the points to make it work for us as owners but also our team and customers.
