Angelike, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I came on board in 1995 to help generate new business. With no computer or any kind of database, I often worked 60 hours a week to meet my personal goals.
Within two years, I secured numerous high-profile clients and more than doubled our company’s revenue. In 2005, I became president and CEO. Today, our company employs over 400 people and we service 15 million square feet per night.
Has it been a smooth road?
It’s a highly competitive industry and you really have to set yourself apart from the competition. Our clients expect the highest quality, which means we have to be on our toes each and every day. Earning the trust of a customer is one of the best compliments you can receive. This means that a customer knows you will take care of any type of obstacle that may come up. It’s a great feeling to know you can be depended on!

We specialize in designing and staffing complete commercial maintenance programs. Being a family owned and operated corporation means that we go above and beyond the typical level of service that you’ll normally find. I like to call it good old-fashioned work ethic- and that’s something that is very rare and quite valuable in today’s market. In a highly competitive industry, it’s impressive to keep a client for 5 or 10 years. We are truly honored to have some clients that we have been servicing every single day, for over 25 years.
