CFO MasterMind Group is based on an ancient premise that the combined energies of two or more like-minded people is many, many times greater than the sum of the individual energies involved.
There is synergy of energy, commitment and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group.
We believe great minds don’t always think alike as the old adage implies. And because of this, sometimes a differing perspective can help to further the progress of another.
The beauty of mastermind groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind groups act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues.
In the CFO Mastermind Group you will:

CFO Mastermind Group is facilitated by our President Lou Costabile, who is also the Vice President of ARS Technology. The forum is hosted by the Trust Company of Illinois in Downers Grove, at 1901 Butterfield Road, Suite 1000 in The Esplanade at Locust Point Building.
We hope to launch other peer-to-peer groups in the near future – – Chicago North, and Northwest.

Struggles was getting busy CFO’s to realize they are allowed at least once a month come up for air and meet other people like them and discuss issue. Once they visit and show up as a Guest, they understand the value because it’s their topics being discussed.

CFO MasterMind Group is a group of like “career positioned” individuals who come together 1/2 a day monthly and business issue(s) and find out others have faced the same issue(s) in the past. The result is you have people helping people move their companies forward quicker through the issue together.
As the Facilitator listen to help identify issue, make sure all Members are participating in the discussion to solve the issue, and confirm the issue has been solved.

What sets me apart from other is my personality, come to a meeting and you’ll see what I mean, I’m friendly, fun, and honest, and I like everyone in the room to have a good time, however honest also means I’ll let you have it if you’re not making sense.
